To make the potatoes golden, with an appetizing crisp crust, interfere as little as possible during the preparation process. Fry the potatoes without a lid, and salt at the very end of cooking. In addition to potatoes with mushrooms, home-made pickles can be served, for example, pickled tomatoes or homemade tomato sauce.

  • 1. Wash fresh champignons, cut them into half and then cut them into large slices.
  • 2. Put the crushed mushrooms in a deep frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Stir periodically and fry champignons on medium heat until a light golden brown.
  • 3. Peel onions from husks, cut into quarter rings.
  • 4. When the mushrooms are fried, add onions to them. Stir and continue to fry the ingredients together for 2-3 minutes. After this time, transfer the mushrooms with onions into separate ware.
  • 5. Wash the potatoes and peel. Cut the tubers into straws.
  • 6. Put potatoes in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
  • 7. Let’s fry vegetables on a medium heat, occasionally stirring the potatoes with a rubber spatula. As a result, the pan fried potatoes with mushrooms, the recipe of which I tell you, should become soft and acquire an appetizing golden crust.
  • 8. Then add champignons fried with onions to the potatoes.
  • 9. Add garlic cloves cut into thin slices so that fried potatoes with mushrooms become more fragrant. Gently mix and continue to fry potatoes with mushrooms for another 1-2 minutes.
  • 10. At the end of the preparation, add salt, black ground pepper and finely chopped dill. Stir the potatoes again, then turn off the fire.
  • 11. Fried potatoes with champignons ready! Serve it immediately after cooking with homemade pickles.
