If desired, ground ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, fresh or dried herbs can be added to the marinade. So every time you will get a dish with a new taste and aroma. As a side dish, fresh or baked vegetables, as well as various cereals, for example, bulgur porridge, are excellent for meat.

  • 1. Wash chicken fillet and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Clean the meat from fat and skins. Cut the chicken fillet along into 2 thin pieces. Put the meat in a deep bowl, salt and season with spices to taste.
  • 2. Before you start cooking grilled chicken fillet, you need to marinate it. Spray chicken fillet with lemon juice, 1 teaspoon will be enough.
  • 3. Pour meat with soy sauce and olive oil.
  • 4. Mix so that the chicken fillet is completely covered with marinade. Let's leave the meat to marinate for 30-60 minutes.
  • 5. Heat the electric grill. Let's put marinated chicken fillet on the grill panel. You don’t need to grease grill panels with vegetable oil, since it is already contained in the chicken breast marinade.
  • 6. Let's close the electric grill. Cook easy grilled chicken breast at a temperature of 200 degrees 4-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces of meat. We will check the readiness of the chicken fillet by sticking the blade of the knife in the thickest part of the meat. If clear juice flows out of the meat, it is ready.
  • 7. Serve perfect grilled chicken hot immediately after cooking with your favorite side dish or fresh vegetable salad.
