How to Make Avocado Pate


  • 1. Using a small grater, remove the zest from half of the lemon. Then squeeze the juice from half of the lemon.
  • 2. Let’s cut the avocado into half, remove the stone, with the help of a tablespoon separate the flesh of the avocado from the peel.
  • 3. In a bowl of blender, combine avocado flesh, parsley, green onions, garlic, lemon zest and walnut kernels.
  • 4. Add lemon juice to the obtained mixture, add salt and black ground pepper to taste.
  • 5. Using a blender, crush the ingredients to a homogeneous consistency. As a result, a thick and fragrant avocado pate for sandwiches should turn out.
