Sausage pie is great for lunch or dinner, it can be served with sour cream or fresh vegetable salad. Such pie is convenient to take with you on the road or for a picnic. This time I will cook pie in a slow cooker on «Baking» mode for 50 minutes. How do you make Sausage Pie?


  • 1. In a deep bowl, combine 3 chicken eggs and 100 ml of milk. Whip the mixture with a wire whisk until homogeneous consistency.
  • 2. To the received mixture, add sifted wheat flour, salt and a baking powder so that the sausage pie rises well during baking. Mix the dough thoroughly, achieving homogeneity.
  • 3. Cut the sausage into cubes, add to the dough.
  • 4. Cut hard cheese into cubes of the same size as sausage. Add the crushed hard cheese to the pie dough.
  • 5. Unfreeze the green beans with boiling water, cut into small segments and add to the dough to the rest of the ingredients.
  • 6. Finely cut parsley and green onion feathers, add to the dough.
  • 7. Thoroughly mix the ingredients, observing the sausage pie recipe.
  • 8. Grease a bowl of slow cooker with a small amount of vegetable oil or butter, put in it ready-made dough for pie.
  • 9. Let's close the slow cooker. Turn my on the Baking program. Let’s cook the sausage pie for 50 minutes. In the process of baking, the pie will rise and increase in volume. However, after cooling, the pie will settle a little, this is normal.
