  • 1. Put the pasta in a pan with boiling salted water, cook it until ready. Let’s make a casserole pouring. In a deep bowl, combine milk, sour cream, 2 chicken eggs, salt and seasonings. Mix the mixture with wire whisk until homogeneous consistency.
  • 2. Drain water from pasta and put it in a heat-resistant baking form, greased with butter.
  • 3. Remove the cover from sausage, cut it into straws and put it out over pasta.
  • 4. Pour the casserole with egg-milk mixture, evenly distributing it throughout the form.
  • 5. Grind hard cheese on a large grater. Evenly distribute grated cheese over the entire surface of the casserole.
