Delicate, juicy chicken and mushroom pasta in a creamy sauce is a delicious and hearty dish that does not need a side dish. Chicken and mushrooms are a good combination, even with oyster mushrooms or champignons it will be very tasty. And if you use forest mushrooms for chicken mushroom pasta in creamy sauce, the dish will be no worse than restaurant. You can prepare pasta with chicken fillets and champignons in just half an hour, and it is better to serve this dish with grated cheese. Any pasta from hard wheat is suitable for the recipe.

Chicken Mushroom Pasta


  • 1. Pour 3 liters of water into a pan, put it on fire and bring it to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to boiling water, lower spaghetti in a pan. Following the instructions on the package, bring the pasta almost to readiness, undercook them for 1 minute.
  • 2. Wash chicken fillet, clean from fat and skins. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. Put the chicken fillet in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Stir periodically and fry the meat on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Then peel the onion and cut it into quarter rings. Add crushed onion to the meat. Mix and continue to fry the ingredients together for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Wash fresh champignons, depending on the size, cut into 4-8 parts. Add mushrooms to the frying pan to the rest of the ingredients. Stir, continue to fry the ingredients together on medium heat until golden brown.
  • 5. Then add heavy creams. Thanks to this ingredient, chicken with mushroom sauce, the recipe for which I will tell you today, will acquire a pleasant creamy taste and aroma.
  • 6. Salt and season the sauce with black ground pepper.
  • 7. Reduce the power of the stove to a minimum and simmer the cream sauce for 15 minutes. At the end of the preparation, add cooked to semi-readiness spaghetti to the frying pan. Mix, warm the ingredients on low heat for a minute, then remove from the fire.
  • 8. So the creamy chicken and mushroom pasta is ready, the preparation took a minimum of time and effort. But the result will pleasantly surprise you! Let’s serve it immediately, decorating with fresh parsley.
