Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Today I will show you another great way to prepare stuffed chicken breast. Stuffed chicken prepared in this way looks very beautiful in a cut. The meat is very juicy and soft, and the filling from vegetables and mushrooms perfectly complements the delicate chicken fillet.

1. Wash chicken fillet and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Separate small fillets from meat, we will not need it for the stuffed chicken breasts recipe. In each chicken breast let’s make a knife cut, as in the photo. Carefully cut the meat, forming a pocket. Try not to cut through the breast.

8. Send the cheesy garlic butter mushroom stuffed chicken to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then take the meat from the oven, carefully unfold the parchment, and supplement the chicken breasts with grated cheese. Return the meat to the oven for another 5-7 minutes so that the cheese on top melts and becomes brown.
