  • 1. Wash the meat and dry with paper towels from excess moisture. Cut the pork into slices 1 cm thick. Beat the meat with tenderizer and rub the meat with a mixture of salt and spices from two sides. Put pork pieces in a heat-resistant baking ware, greased with vegetable oil.
