Consider that the cooking time depends on the variety of potatoes and the thickness of the slices of vegetables. If you bake potatoes portionwise, reduce the cooking time to 30-35 minutes.

  • 1. Let's wash the potatoes carefully. Without cleaning the vegetables from the peel, cut the tubers into as thin circles as possible. Peel onions from husks and cut into thin semi-rings.
  • 2. In a separate dish, melt butter, add olive oil to it and garlic cloves passed through the press.
  • 3. Grease heat-resistant form for baking with a mixture of olive oil and butter. Transfer to the form circles of potatoes overlapping each other, forming a flower. Then, between the petals of potatoes, insert half-rings of onions. For the more aroma, add a little fresh rosemary.

  • 5. Send the potatoes in a pre-heated oven up to 200 degrees. In 35-50 minutes, the potatoes in the oven, the recipe for which I suggest you cook, will be completely baked and ready. The cooking time depends on the variety of vegetables and the thickness of the potato layer.
