Chicken Pancakes

Instead of traditional fritters, I suggest cooking tasty and juicy chicken pancakes for dinner. They turn out to be very tender, with an appetizing golden crust and melted cheese inside. I believe that chicken pancakes are a recipe for beginners cooks. When cooking them, you do not have to get your hands dirty, kneading mince, forming cutlets and coating products. Therefore, cooking will not take much time and will not require certain culinary skills. The finished dish is well combined with any side dish, whether it is baked vegetables, mashed potatoes, pasta or cereals. I served them with marinated carrots in Korean style.
