How to Make Pork Fried Rice


  • 1. Wash pork and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Clean the meat from skins and fat, cut the flesh into small pieces.
  • 2. Put the cut pork in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Stir periodically and fry the meat on medium heat until a light golden brown.
  • 3. Peel onions and cut into quarter rings. Wash bell pepper, remove the seed box and cut into straws. Wash carrots, peel them, and grind them on a large grater.
  • 4. When the pork in the frying pan is fried, let’s add crushed vegetables to it. Stir and continue to fry the ingredients together on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

  • 6. Wash thoroughly long-grained steamed rice and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  • 7. Fill the ingredients with hot water at the rate of 2 parts of the liquid per 1 part of rice. Add salt, spices and bay leaves so that rice with pork becomes more fragrant.
  • 8. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook rice with meat and vegetables on a slow heat for 20-25 minutes. When all the liquid evaporates from the frying pan, and the rice becomes soft, turn off the fire.
