14 oz tofu, 1 block, cubed
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup honey, or agave
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin

Preparation

  1. Combine jalapeño, apple cider vinegar, honey/agave, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and cumin. Mix until combined.

¼ cup mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup basil
