Potato fritters


1kg potatoes 2 eggs Salt Parsley 30g (3 tbsp) parmesan 30g (3 tbsp) breadcrumbs 30g (3 tbsp) flour 1 clove garlic Pepper Vegetable oil


  1. Boil the potatoes. Knead it in a bowl and add eggs, parsley, salt, parmesan, bread crumbs, flour, garlic, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Make rolls of the mixture and fry in hot oil. Serve.
