Barbecue Baked Beans with chicken sausage and bacon
New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make Barbecue baked beans from scratch. This recipe does not use canned beans and it's similar to traditional baked beans. Navy beans are parboiled, and homemade barbecue sauce and chicken stock are created. From there, the beans are combined with barbecue sauce, chicken stock, meat and sauteed seasonings and added into a baking pan and from there it's baked to perfection. This recipe calls for 8 or more servings. This meal is perfect for Barbecue's, picnic's, parties, and can be made year-round even during fall and winter as well. It is absolutely delicious.
