Fish balls in tomato sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 120g of bread
- 400g of hake
- Parsley
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 750ml (3 1/4 cups) of tomato sauce
- Pepper
- Basil
METHOD
- In a bowl add the bread, hake, parsley, eggs, and salt and combine all well together.
- Squeeze the dough well with your hands so as to stick well and compact all the ingredients. Shape into medium-sized meatballs
- Add a drizzle of oil to a pan and brown the garlic clove. Add the tomato sauce and dip in the fish balls.
- Turn gently to get the cover with the sauce, cover with a lid and cook gently for 30 minutes.
