Roast For 2 Min.
Roast In Low Flame
Keep Aside
- ΒΎ Cup Flour
- ΒΌ Cup Wheat Flour
- 1 Tbsp Custard Powder
- 1 Tspn Baking Powder
- 1/8 Tspn Baking Soda
Sieve
Mix Well
- 1/3 Cup Ghee/ Butter
- 3 Tbsp Powder Sugar
- 1/8 Tspn Salt
- Whisk Well
- Add Flour
- Mix Well
- Make Dough
- Roll
- Cut Into Square Shape
- Cumin Seed
- Grease oil in a Mould
- Place a Barking Paper
- Place a Pan with Wire Stand
- Pre Heat For 5-7 Min.
- Cook For 15-18 Min.
