INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • Β½ Tbsp Cumin Seeds

Roast For 2 Min.

Roast In Low Flame

Keep Aside

  • ΒΎ Cup Flour
  • ΒΌ Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Custard Powder
  • 1 Tspn Baking Powder
  • 1/8 Tspn Baking Soda

Sieve

Mix Well

  • 1/3 Cup Ghee/ Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Powder Sugar
  • 1/8 Tspn Salt
  1. Whisk Well
  2. Add Flour
  3. Mix Well
  4. Make Dough
  5. Roll
  6. Cut Into Square Shape
  7. Cumin Seed
  8. Grease oil in a Mould
  9. Place a Barking Paper
  10. Place a Pan with Wire Stand
  11. Pre Heat For 5-7 Min.
  12. Cook For 15-18 Min.
