Orange Juice

Have you ever wanted to eat orange juice out of your own hand? Or perhaps try making an edible water bottle? Well, I thought this would be a fun task. Simply grab some sodium alginate, calcium lactate and a few bowls and sieves and this 'should' be possible! Well, it didn't start very well at all, I think edible hot chocolate will be a follow up another time... but, we made a thing, I don't know if it's a thing i'd like to make again, but it was a fun food science thing and I learnt a bit too. So here's edible orange juice something I can safely tick off the bucket list.
