Healthy Tuna Sandwich
This tuna salad sandwich is super easy to make and in addition to that, itβs also healthy and packed with protein. Tuna sandwich is a perfect meal to take to school, to work, to trips or even to a picnic.
Ingredients:
- 2 bread slices, whole grain
- 1 Tuna can
- 2 tablespoons Low fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Green onion
- 1/4 Red onion, chopped
- 1-2 Lettuce leaves
- Seasoning to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
2. Spread tuna mixture over the bread. Serve.
Notes:
β’ To make this sandwich even healthier you can swap mayonnaise with yogurt.
