Healthy Tuna Sandwich

This tuna salad sandwich is super easy to make and in addition to that, it’s also healthy and packed with protein. Tuna sandwich is a perfect meal to take to school, to work, to trips or even to a picnic.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bread slices, whole grain
  • 1 Tuna can
  • 2 tablespoons Low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • Green onion
  • 1/4 Red onion, chopped
  • 1-2 Lettuce leaves
  • Seasoning to taste

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
2. Spread tuna mixture over the bread. Serve.
Notes:
β€’ To make this sandwich even healthier you can swap mayonnaise with yogurt.
