Pasta chips:

  • 250g penne
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt


  • 230g feta cheese
  • 170 g sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Dry tomatoes
  • Oregano


  1. Pour the pasta into a pot with salt, and let it boil. Strain and place in a glass tray.
  2. Add garlic powder, paprika, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil and mix well. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
  3. Blend feta cheese, garlic, sour cream, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix, add a little olive oil, dried tomatoes, and oregano.
  4. Serve the pasta on a plate with the feta dip.
