Pasta chips with whipped feta
How to cook Pasta chips with whipped feta:

INGREDIENTS
Pasta chips:
- 250g penne
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt
Dip:
- 230g feta cheese
- 170 g sour cream
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Dry tomatoes
- Oregano
METHOD
- Pour the pasta into a pot with salt, and let it boil. Strain and place in a glass tray.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil and mix well. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
- Blend feta cheese, garlic, sour cream, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix, add a little olive oil, dried tomatoes, and oregano.
- Serve the pasta on a plate with the feta dip.
