Loaded Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole
This Hash brown Breakfast Casserole is loaded with all of your breakfast favorites! It’s got fluffy eggs with savory has browns, sausage, peppers, onions, and cheese. It’s easy to make ahead of time and is very freezer-friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 medium size potatoes o( or 28 oz. shredded hash browns thawed
- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage,
- ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pack ranch dressing & seasoning Mix
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 3 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 3 trips of bacon
