Mini pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 180g (1 1/2 cups) flour
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 5g vanilla sugar
  • 5g baking powder
  • Hazelnut cream

METHOD

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, honey, olive oil, milk, flour, lemon juice, vanilla sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Grease a pan and use a funnel to pour the mixture little by little to form several mini pancakes.
  3. Flip them over and cook on both sides. Drizzle with hazelnut cream to serve.
