Homemade magnum
INGREDIENTS
- 60g (1/4 cup) of sugar
- 20g (1/4 cup) of corn starch
- 500ml (2 cups) of milk
- 10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 125g (1/2 cup) of vanilla yogurt
- 100g of melted chocolate
- Chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
- In a small bowl mix the sugar with corn starch.
- Pour the milk into the saucepan and add the corn starch mixture. Add the vanilla sugar and egg yolk and mix everything.
- Transfer the saucepan to the stove and bring the mixture to a boil stirring occasionally. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
- After the mixture is completely cooled pour the vanilla yogurt into it and mix.
- Divide obtained mixture between popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick into each mold. Freeze at least for 5 hours or overnight.
- Melt chocolate and mix with chopped hazelnuts. Pour melted chocolate into a glass.
- Dip a popsicle into chocolate, then let excess drip off back into the glass. Repeat with the remaining popsicles. Store in a freezer.
