Potato fries with cheese sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 8-10 potatoes
- Oil for frying
- 30g of butter
- 15g (1 tbsp) flour
- 200ml (1 cup) of milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
METHOD
- Peel the potatoes, cut a spiral out of potatoes.
- Fry potato spirals in the hot oil until golden brown.
- In a pan add butter and flour then milk, sugar, salt, curry, paprika, and cheese.
- Serve potatoes with prepared sauce.
