Parmesan cookies
INGREDIENTS
300g (2 ½ cups) flour 300g parmesan 200g butter 2 eggs Rosemary Thyme
METHOD
- Pour flour, parmesan and butter into a bowl. Add eggs, rosemary and thyme. Knead the dough.
- Leave the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and make cookies out of the dough with a mold.
- Arrange the cookies in a baking tray and bake at 360°F/180°C for 150 minutes. Serve.
