Pastry donuts
INGREDIENTS
Hazelnut cream Sugar Whipped cream Strawberries 2 puff pastry rolls Beaten egg Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Cut several circles from a puff pastry. Cut the center-forming donuts.
- Brush egg on each disc and place another on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
- Cut each donut in half horizontally. Cover one half with hazelnut cream. Top with whipped cream, then add some chopped strawberries. Close the donut and decorate with powdered sugar.
