Matcha Mousse

Ingredients 4.7inch (12cm)round Cake Pan

  1. 8g Matcha powder
  2. 50g Sugar
  3. 200g Soy Milk(or milk)
  4. 7g Gelatin powder
  5. 25g Water
  6. 100g Heavy Cream(36% fat)
  7. Matcha powdered
  8. non melting powdered sugar 

Directions

①Sprinkle gelatin powder into Water in a small bowl and soak for 5-10 minutes.
Heat it in a microwave (600W) for 20 seconds to melt.
②Put matcha powder and sugar in a bowl, and blend with a whisk.
③Heat milk in a microwave (600W) for 40-50sec.
④Add the milk to ② and mix well.
Strain with a strainer.
⑤Add the melted gelatin to ⑤ and mix well.
Cool it well with water and ice.
(Chill to thicken)
⑥whip the heavy cream.
⑦Combine matcha mixture and whipped cream.
⑧Pour into the cake pan, flatten it.
⑨Chill in a fridge for about 2 hours to set.
⑩Remove the cake from the cake pan gently.
Sprinkle matcha powder over, then serve!
