INGREDIENTS

  • Boiled eggs
  • 1 rectangular puff pastry
  • Beaten egg
  • Sesame seeds

METHOD

  1. Cut a puff pastry into squares.
  2. Place half a hard-boiled egg in each square. Close in the form of a triangle and press down the edges.
  3. Place on a baking tray. Brush each triangle with beaten eggs, add sesame seeds and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
