How to cook Puff pastry egg triangles:

INGREDIENTS
- Boiled eggs
- 1 rectangular puff pastry
- Beaten egg
- Sesame seeds
METHOD
- Cut a puff pastry into squares.
- Place half a hard-boiled egg in each square. Close in the form of a triangle and press down the edges.
- Place on a baking tray. Brush each triangle with beaten eggs, add sesame seeds and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
