Coffee Milk Jelly
Ingredients
- 30g Sugar
- 10g Instant coffee
- 160g Hot water
- 5g Gelatin powder
- 30g Water
- 140g Milk
Directions
①Sprinkle gelatin powder into Water in a small bowl and soak for 5-10 minutes.
Heat it in a microwave (600W) for 20 seconds to melt.
②Put Instant coffee and sugar in a bowl and add hot water and stir.
③Add gelatin liquid and mix
④Add the milk and mix well and pour it into each glass.
⑤Chill them in a fridge for 2 hours to set.
