Milk jelly
Ingredients
3 Mini Glass Jars(Capacity 3.4 OZ)
- 250g Milk
- 5g Gelatin powder
- 20g Sugar
Directions
①Put about 4 tablespoons of milk in a heatproof bowl, sprinkle in the gelatin and let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat it in a microwave (600W) for 30 seconds to melt.
②Add sugar and mix.
③Add the remaining milk, mix and pour into a glass or cup.
④Chill them in a fridge for 2 hours to set.
