Cornetto ice cream
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cones
- 250 ml of sweet cream (1 cup)
- 20g sugar
- 10g flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g dark chocolate
- Hazelnuts grain
METHOD
- In a pan add 100 ml of cream, sugar, vanilla extract, flour.
- Cook until thickness. Cool enough.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Spread cones inside with chocolate.
- Whip the rest of the cream and mix it with the prepared mixture.
- Fill the cones with it and add the melted chocolate and sprinkle with hazelnut grain. Freeze for 1 hour.
