Cornetto ice cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cones
  • 250 ml of sweet cream (1 cup)
  • 20g sugar
  • 10g flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • Hazelnuts grain

METHOD

  1. In a pan add 100 ml of cream, sugar, vanilla extract, flour.
  2. Cook until thickness. Cool enough.
  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Spread cones inside with chocolate.
  4. Whip the rest of the cream and mix it with the prepared mixture.
  5. Fill the cones with it and add the melted chocolate and sprinkle with hazelnut grain. Freeze for 1 hour.
