Chocolate pound cake
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 160g (1 cup) of sugar
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 220ml (1 cup) of milk
- 250g (2 cups) flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 chocolate bar
- 200g chocolate chips
- 100ml cream
METHOD
- Beat eggs with sugar, and add butter and vanilla extract. Sift in flour and baking powder, and add milk. Mix everything well.
- Transfer half of the prepared mixture into the baking pan, top with a chocolate bar, and top with another half of the mixture.
- Bake at 190°C (370°F) for 55 minutes. Top with prepared ganache.
