Watermelon smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • Watermelon
  • 60ml (ΒΌ cup) lemon juice
  • 240ml (1 cup) milk

METHOD

  1. Remove the skin and seeds from a watermelon. Cut into pieces.
  2. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
  3. Pour the frozen watermelon into a blender, and add lemon juice and milk.
  4. Serve in a glass.
