Watermelon smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- Watermelon
- 60ml (ΒΌ cup) lemon juice
- 240ml (1 cup) milk
METHOD
- Remove the skin and seeds from a watermelon. Cut into pieces.
- Refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Pour the frozen watermelon into a blender, and add lemon juice and milk.
- Serve in a glass.
