Hey Foodies! Have a delicious, healthy and satisfying meal with this flavorful and easy to cook Pancit with Kangkong (water spinach)! Pansit Canton is a popular Filipino stir-fried noodle dish that is loaded with lots of fresh veggies, your choice of protein and savory sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 100g pansit canton (flour stick noodles)
  • 80g rice vermicelli noodles
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 pcs bell peppers
  • 25 grams shiitake mushrooms
  • 100g kangkong (water spinach)
  • 1 1/2 cup mushroom stock
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion
