Pancit Kangkong
Hey Foodies! Have a delicious, healthy and satisfying meal with this flavorful and easy to cook Pancit with Kangkong (water spinach)! Pansit Canton is a popular Filipino stir-fried noodle dish that is loaded with lots of fresh veggies, your choice of protein and savory sauce.
Ingredients:
- 100g pansit canton (flour stick noodles)
- 80g rice vermicelli noodles
- 3 tbsp oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
- 2 pcs bell peppers
- 25 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 100g kangkong (water spinach)
- 1 1/2 cup mushroom stock
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion
