Onion omelette

A quick recipe that everyone will love!


  • 1 1/2 large red onions, sliced
  • 8 eggs
  • 50g grated parmesan cheese
  • 50g mozzarella cubes
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 15ml olive oil


  1. In a pan add olive oil, sliced onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour in eggs, cheese, parsley, and mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes, turn over and cook for 2 minutes more.
