Cantaloupe ice cream


  • Cantaloupe melon
  • 240ml (1 cup) vegetable cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar


  1. Cut the melon in half. Cut the melon into pieces and place it in a hermetic bag and freeze for 12 hours.
  2. Place the frozen melon in a blender. Add vegetable cream and icing sugar and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve the ice cream in the other half of the cantaloupe.
