Peach pound cake


3 eggs 250g (2 cups) flour 100ml (1 cup) yogurt or kefir4 peaches 80ml (2/5 cup) oil 180g (1 cup) sugar 16g (2 tsp) baking powder 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence


  1. Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add yogurt, oil, and flour. Whisk well. Add chopped peaches and mix.
  2. Pour into a baking tin and arrange the peach slices on top.
  3. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 35 minutes. Serve.
