Peach pound cake
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs 250g (2 cups) flour 100ml (1 cup) yogurt or kefir4 peaches 80ml (2/5 cup) oil 180g (1 cup) sugar 16g (2 tsp) baking powder 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence
METHOD
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add yogurt, oil, and flour. Whisk well. Add chopped peaches and mix.
- Pour into a baking tin and arrange the peach slices on top.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 35 minutes. Serve.
