Chocolate cherry

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g white chocolate
  • 230g cookies
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Cherries
  • 60g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 250g dark chocolate
  • Hazelnut grains

METHOD

  1. Melt white chocolate in a Mario bath, and mix with liquid cream until the chocolate dissolves. Crush the cookies, add the white chocolate mixture to form a dough, add milk and mix well. Mix powdered sugar with water to form a paste.
  2. Dip cherry in frosting and layer with cookie mixture. Cover the cherry. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Top each cherry with melted chocolate and hazelnut grains. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
