Chocolate cherry

INGREDIENTS
- 150g white chocolate
- 230g cookies
- 4 tbsp whipped cream
- 3 tbsp milk
- Cherries
- 60g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 250g dark chocolate
- Hazelnut grains
METHOD
- Melt white chocolate in a Mario bath, and mix with liquid cream until the chocolate dissolves. Crush the cookies, add the white chocolate mixture to form a dough, add milk and mix well. Mix powdered sugar with water to form a paste.
- Dip cherry in frosting and layer with cookie mixture. Cover the cherry. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Top each cherry with melted chocolate and hazelnut grains. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
