Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients 12 Cookies

  • 80g Butter
  • 42g Sugar
  • 100g Cake flour
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 30~40g Corn Flakes Unsweetened
  • 50g Dark chocolate

Directions

① Melt butter in microwave.
②Add sugar and mix well.
③ Sift flour and baking powder and mix.
④ Add corn flakes and mix.
⑤Add small pieces of chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.
⑥ Divide the dough into 12 pieces and flatten them by hand.
⑦Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 338 °F/170℃for 16 minutes.
⑧Cool on a wire rack.
