Pink grapefruit Milk jelly
Ingredients
4 Mini Glass Jars(Capacity 3.4 OZ)
- 60g Milk
- 7g Gelatin powder
- Pink grapefruit 160g
- 40g Sugar
- 140g Milk
Directions
①Put about 4 tablespoons of milk in a heatproof bowl, sprinkle in the gelatin and let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat it in a microwave (600W) for 30 seconds to melt.
②Peel the grapefruit and remove the fruit.
1 Pink grapefruit(net weight 180g )
③ Put grapefruit (160g) in a heatproof bowl, sprinkle with sugar, cover with plastic wrap and cook at 600w for 2 minutes.
④Add ① to the mixture and mix well,
Blend the ingredients in a mixer until consistent.
⑤Add cold milk and stir.
⑥ Pour into a glass or cup.
Chill them in a fridge for 2 hours to set.
⑦Serve it with whipped cream and a grapefruit
