Fried triangles stuffed with hazelnut cream
INGREDIENTS
150ml (3/5 cup) warm milk 35g (3 tbsp) sugar 7g dry yeast 1 egg 10 ml (1 tbsp) oil 4g (1 tsp) baking powder 325g (3 cups) flour A pinch of salt 15g (1 tbsp) butter Sugar Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- Add milk and yeast, egg, oil, salt, and baking powder to the bowl. Mix. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Add butter and mix well. Leave to rest for 45 minutes.
- Divide the dough into triangles and let it rest for another 45 minutes.
- Fry the triangles in hot oil. Fill them with cream and roll in sugar. Serve.
