Chicken and potatoes skewers

INGREDIENTS
300g chicken 2g (½ tsp) chili powder 2g (½ tsp) pepper 2g (½ tsp) salt 2 cloves garlic 16g (2 tbsp) starch 50ml (1/5 cup) milk Potatoes Oil for frying
METHOD
- Cut the chicken into pieces. Season the chicken with chili, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add milk and starch. Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes into slices and put them in water.
- Wrap the chicken with the potato leaves and prick them with skewers. Fry in hot oil.
- Serve.
