Chicken and potatoes skewers


300g chicken 2g (½ tsp) chili powder 2g (½ tsp) pepper 2g (½ tsp) salt 2 cloves garlic 16g (2 tbsp) starch 50ml (1/5 cup) milk Potatoes Oil for frying


  1. Cut the chicken into pieces. Season the chicken with chili, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add milk and starch. Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into slices and put them in water.
  3. Wrap the chicken with the potato leaves and prick them with skewers. Fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve.
