Canning grapes
INGREDIENTS
- 1,3l water
- 450g (2 1/4 cups) sugar
- 1kg grapes
METHOD
- Place several washed grapes in several glass jars.
- Pour water into a pot, add sugar, and boil until you get a light syrup.
- Pour the syrup into the glass jars. Cover, place in a large pot, add hot water and bring to a boil to vacuum seal.
