Canning grapes


  • 1,3l water
  • 450g (2 1/4 cups) sugar
  • 1kg grapes


  1. Place several washed grapes in several glass jars.
  2. Pour water into a pot, add sugar, and boil until you get a light syrup.
  3. Pour the syrup into the glass jars. Cover, place in a large pot, add hot water and bring to a boil to vacuum seal.
