INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Water

Let It Boil

  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tspn Oil
  • ½ Cup Suji/Semolina

Cook Until Separate from the Pan

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes

Mix Well

Cool Down For 5 Min.

  • ½ Tspn Chat Masala Powder

Grease Some Oil In Hand

Make Shape

Flour Slurry:

  • ¼ Cup Flour
  • ¼ Tspn Baking Powder

A Pinch of Salt

  • ½ Cup Water

Mix Well
Dip In Flour Slurry
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
