How to cook Potato Suji Snacks:

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- 1 Cup Water
Let It Boil
- Β½ Tspn Salt
- 1 Tspn Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tspn Oil
- Β½ Cup Suji/Semolina
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
- 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
Mix Well
Cool Down For 5 Min.
- Β½ Tspn Chat Masala Powder
Grease Some Oil In Hand
Make Shape
Flour Slurry:
- ΒΌ Cup Flour
- ΒΌ Tspn Baking Powder
A Pinch of Salt
- Β½ Cup Water
Mix Well
Dip In Flour Slurry
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
