- ½ Cup Suji / Semolina
- ½ Cup Gram Flour
- 1 Tspn Cumin
- 1 Tspn Chilli Flakes
- ½ Tspn Salt
- ½ Tspn Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
Mix
- 1 And 1/4 Cup Water (Mix Gradually)
Mix Well
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- ½ Tspn Mustard Seeds
- 2 Green Chilli
Pour Batter
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
- 1 Tspn Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix
Cool Down For 5 Min.
Grease Oil In Hand
Smooth The Dough
Make Shape
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
