Meat nests with eggs

INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of bread
- 100ml milk
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 750g minced meat
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Vegetable oil
- 6 eggs
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot and pour into a bowl. Add the minced meat.
- Soak two slices of bread in milk for ten minutes, drain and add to the meat mixture. Add an egg, salt, pepper, paprika and mix well and form several medium-sized balls.
- Grease a rectangular baking pan. Place the balls in the tray.
- Use a glass to make a hole in the center of the meat basket. Pour an egg into each and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
