Meat nests with eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 750g minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Vegetable oil
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot and pour into a bowl. Add the minced meat.
  2. Soak two slices of bread in milk for ten minutes, drain and add to the meat mixture. Add an egg, salt, pepper, paprika and mix well and form several medium-sized balls.
  3. Grease a rectangular baking pan. Place the balls in the tray.
  4. Use a glass to make a hole in the center of the meat basket. Pour an egg into each and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
