Fruit gummy candies

INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml (4/5 cup) orange juice
  • 200ml (4/5 cup) pomegranate juice
  • 200ml (4/5 cup) kiwi juice

For each taste:

  • 100g (1/2 cup) sugar
  • 60g (1/2 cup) corn starch

METHOD

  1. Mix orange juice with corn starch and sugar in a pot until it dissolves and thickens. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and form several candies on a silicone mat.
  2. Repeat the step with kiwi juice and pomegranate juice. Let dry for 20 minutes and cover each candy with sugar.
