Sandwich bread snack
INGREDIENTS
- Tramezzino bread
- Tomato sauce
- Mozarella
- Cheese
- Corn flakes
- Breadcrumbs
- 3 Eggs
- Oil
METHOD
- Roll out the tramezzino bread with a rolling pin. Cut into circles.
- Coat with sauce and fill with mozzarella and cheese cubes.
- Fold the bread in half and make a shell.
- Roll in eggs and breadcrumbs and corn flakes. Fry in hot oil. Serve.
