  • Limes
  • 15 g agar-agar
  • 175 ml cherry syrup
  • chia seeds


  1. Mix a little syrup with the agar agar and let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the syrup into a pot, add the solidified gelatin, and mix well until boiling. Cut a lime in half, and remove the pulp carefully to keep the skin well.
  3. Pour the syrup into each lime half and wait 3 hours.
  4. Cut each lime in half. Add chia seeds.
