Apple fritters

Easy and perfect for a delicious snack!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 apple
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- 25g (2 tbsp) of sugar
- 125g (1/2 cup) of vanilla yogurt
- 1 orange (zest)
- 40ml (3 tbsp) of vegetable oil
- 250g (2 cups) of flour
- 5g (1 tsp) of baking powder
- Oil for frying
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
METHOD
- In a bowl add the egg, salt, and sugar, and mix until the sugar dissolve. Add the vanilla yogurt, orange (zest), and oil and mix again.
- Cut the apple into small chunks and add them to the mixture. Mix all and add the flour, and baking powder and mix until dough is created. Knead the dough with your hands to combine it all well.
- Oil the hands and create the fritters. Add the fritters into deep hot oil and fry until they are golden brown.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon and coat each fritter.
