  • 4pcs Dahon ng Laurel or Bayleaves - 2 pesos
  • 1/2 tbsp Pamintang Buo - 1 peso
  • 1 red onion quartered - 3 pesos
  • 1/3 cup Fish Sauce - 5.4 pesos
  • optional (Seasoning powder 1tbsp)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise - 60 pesos
  • 1/4 cup Liquid Seasoning - 6 pesos
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar - 2.5 pesos
  • 1/4 cup Kalamansi Juice - 6 pesos
  • 1 tbsp sugar - 75 centavos
  • 1 tsp salt - 10 centavos
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper - 10 centavos
  • 1 tbsp ginger - 2 pesos
  • 3 cloves Garlic - 3 pesos
  • Siling green - 5 pesos
  • siling labuyo - 3 pesos
  • 2 pcs White onion - 10 pesos
